DIY Georgia Wedding
Cold Creek Farm is a working farm complete with horses and donkeys. Being the horse-person that I am, I was in heaven! With my camera in hand, I quickly photographed as many details as possible and then made my way into the dressing room where Kelly was getting ready. Kelly and I met years ago in Naples; she assisted me on several of my weddings, so it was a huge honor for me to be with Kelly on her wedding day. Kelly looked radiant in her lace gown and her blush ballet shoes completed her elegant ensemble. Kelly met Greg, her handsome groom, in Dahlonega, Georgia while kayaking, and quite frankly, I have never seen a more compatible couple! The "perfect couple" decided to do a first glance prior to the ceremony, in hopes to eliminate too many tears during the real deal. After the formal "I do's" guests enjoyed cocktails, while I slipped away with the happy couple. Immediately following photos, friends and family enjoyed a beautiful dinner and a fun filled evening dancing in the barn aisle. The love birds departed in an awesome 1972 K/5 Blazer that Greg completely restored just in time for the wedding. Thank you Kelly and Greg for a fantastic wedding weekend!
