"She had the wrong date marked down on her calander for the date of the shoot. We had a very tight schedule to have the photos done that day before the model rental was to be picked up at 2:00pm. When she did not arrive at 9:30am, the company did make every attempt to contact her and meet the deadline. She however was hard to get in touch with and did not arrive until almost 3pm. She was unappologetic and rude while shooting the building. We were very displeased with the whole experience. The scheduling mistake lead to us having to reschedule the furniture pick up a day later and pushed back the move in for the new resident."
