"Hi Will! I'm so glad you were able to complete the shoot. This set is stunning. I am blown away by the quality of your work! I'd love for you to continue shooting with us for any jobs that come in. Here are my notes (there are always notes for the first set): The briefing might make the 45 degree angle preference sound like a requirement, but it's much more flexible - whatever makes the food looks good is cool with me. For example, I prefer shot 10 over shot 9 and shot 25 over shot 26. I only need one shot for each item, I trust your judgement on what looks best! Please if you can, name files the corresponding items on the shot list, for example "Breakfast Potatoes.jpg" it makes it much easier for me when uploading. Please do your best to make sure the shots you get line up with the shot list. I couldn't use the photo with the sandwich/fruit salad because the lunch box includes a side and dessert, and fruit salad isn't an option.
