I was born in the quiet countryside where time stretched across the horizon, infinite like the sea that lay before me. I was raised on bustling streets, where time vanished as quickly as the snowflakes hitting the sidewalk beneath me. And so I learned to Pause, to capture the blissful silence of timelessness first in my being, and then in my camera. I studied literature, education, translation and languages, and in small ways I have been able to better absorb the world around me. Living, working and traveling in various countries has helped me untangle my humanity. My interests in travel, multiculturalism, the human condition and technology have been recurring themes in my work: short stories, photography books, sustainable farming projects, etc.
