Originally from Seattle, WA and now living in beautiful, sunny Palm Springs, California. I've gravitated towards the arts from as early as I can remember. When I was young I wanted to be an illustrator as I'd sit and draw for hours. As I entered my high school years, I found myself wanting to experiment with different mediums of art. I bought my first camera and was "off"! Since those early years of discovering photography, I attended Western Washington University where I studied art, graphic design, pre-press production and photography. I received my BA in Design and Pre-press Production and a minor in photography. Most of my professional life was spent working as a graphic designer and art director until I decided to make a life change and make photography my life. I have now been working professionally as a photographer for the last 5 years and loving it. I specialize in architectural photography which can include working with interior designers, custom home builders, restaurant interior and exteriors, real estate agents, vacation property rentals and developers. I am also interested in photographing products, portraits and life images. I feel (beyond) lucky to have such a wonderful job that I love so much. I always keep it professional but I also keep it fun and interesting.
