At a young age Adam discovered the power of a camera. One day when the family got together his grandpa handed over the Polaroid and some film and let him loose. That first time lit a fire and led him to follow a passion of image making. Wanting to turn the passion into a career he moved from his hometown in Illinois to Santa Barbara, California and enrolled and graduated from the distinguished Brooks Institute of Photography with a Bachelors Degree in Professional Photography with a Commercial Concentration. Within the first weeks of moving to California Adam was able to land jobs photographing celebrity parties including singer NeYo's Grammy After-party and an MTV VMA Party Hosted by Kim Kardashian among others. Since, he’s interned and worked with celebrity photographer Peggy Sirota, has photographed celebrities, been published in multiple formats, and works with musicians including contestants from NBCs The Voice and FOX's X Factor. One of his greatest memories of the power of photography comes from organizing a Help Portrait event to provide portraits to families who had never been photographed in a professional manner. Based out of Central Illinois; Adam takes on local clients and is available for travel. He specializes in Portraiture, Fashion, Advertising and Product Photography. Outside of photography Adam enjoys local restaurants and learning Modernist Cuisine techniques. He's a mean competitor when it comes to squealing tires in Mario Kart and will know when that next new thing comes out. He likes learning new retouching techniques, reading about branding and marketing, and browsing Kickstarter campaigns. Adam's friends often ask "How do you know that?"
