LinkedIn is a great place to meet other professionals in your industry and also get some nice exposure for your business. In this blog post, we’ll show you how you can add your TurnHere video or any other video to your LinkedIn profile. Before we get started make sure the video you want to use is on YouTube.
Facts about LinkedIn:
- LinkedIn has over 75 million members in over 200 countries.
- Did you know a new member joins LinkedIn approximately every second?
- Executives from all Fortune 500 companies are LinkedIn members.
1. Add Google Presentation Application
From your LinkedIn profile, click “Add an application” and select the Google Presentation application.
2. Create a Google Presentation
Click on “Create a presentation”. A new window will open and take you to Google Docs. Rename the presentation to something like “LinkedIn Video”.
3. Insert Video
On your first slide, click Insert > Video. You’ll get a YouTube search window. Find your video and then select it.
4. Insert a Link to Your Business
Click on the “Text” button and enter a clear call to action. Select the text and click on “Link” button and add your URL to the text.
5. Share Your Presentation
Click on the “Share” button and choose “Publish / embed”.
6. Post to Your Profile
Go back to LinkedIn and select the presentation you just created then click “Post to profile”.
That’s all, folks!
